Mark Rosenthal is the Chief Revenue Officer of Kastle. He leads the nationwide sales organization with responsibility for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue for the family of brands. Mark has a track record of strong leadership with more than 20 years of success in technology and digital media sales for some of the most successful companies in the industry.
Prior to joining Kastle, Mr. Rosenthal was most recently the Chief Revenue and Operating Officer for HqO, a leading workplace experience platform serving commercial real estate buildings and their tenants. During his tenure, the company saw its revenue grow by 180x over four years, as it expanded its operation and sales structure from a start-up to mid-size business with a global employee base.
Prior to HqO, Mr. Rosenthal led digital advertising sales at Google for several industry customer segment organizations, with revenue responsibility ranging from $7 million to $3.5 billion. As Head of Industry Sales for Health Services, he grew the business by over 40% while winning significant strategic accounts. Additionally, as Director of Programmatic Advertising, he reversed slowing sales growth in the multi-billion-dollar business, leading a sizeable national team across industries.
Mr. Rosenthal started his career as an Account Executive for CBS Radio, advancing to the role of General Sales Manager before he joined Ando Media, a digital audience measurement company, as VP, Global Sales where he established the sales team and grew annual recurring revenue by fivefold.
Mr. Rosenthal is a graduate of George Washington University. He has served on the board of the Ad Club trade group for the New England communications industry.
